Onsite (House Calls)
Onsite
services, or house calls, are charged at the
hourly rate of $58.00 per hour with a 3/4 hr
minimum. The technician will visit your home
or business, tell you what he believes the
problem to be, and give an approximation of
cost. At this point you (the customer) can
decide whether or not to contract for the
service. If you choose not to contract for the
service you will be responsible only for the
minimum which is due at that time.
If the
technician feels that the work needs to be
done offsite at our location he will inform
you. At that point you (the customer) can
decide whether you want the computer to leave
the premesis. If you choose not to allow us to
work on your computer offsite you will be
responsible for full payment for work done up
to that point or the minimum if no work has
been done.
If the
price is going to exceed expected costs
Covenant will call for permission to exceed
the estimate. If you choose not to allow us to
exceed the estimate you will be responsible
for full payment for work done up to that
point.
