Covenant IT Services now offers remote computer repair services. Remote computer repair allows many software issues to be fixed from our office. We will use the Internet to remotely log in to your computer system. Fixing email issues, tuneups, software issues, installing and configuring security programs, and configuring security on routers are examples of computer repairs that can be done remotely.

Not all repairs can be repaired remotely. The following conditions must be met to qualify for remote computer repairs

• Covenant IT Services, must deem that your repair is a good candidate for remote repairs
• The repair must be a software repair. Hardware cannot be repaired remotely.
• The client must have a working Internet connection and an email account.
• The client must have a valid credit card or Paypal account.
• A $45 payment for the first 45 minutes must be made in advance before the remote repair begins.
