Offsite (At our business
location)
Offsite services are charged at the
hourly rate of $58.00 per hour. You can make
an appointment to drop your computer off or we
will pick it up and deliver it when it is
done.
If we pick
up your computer the technician will tell you
what he believes the problem to be, and give
an approximation of cost. At this point you
(the customer) can decide whether or not to
contract for the service. If you choose not to
contract for the service you will be
responsible for the ½ hour minimum.
If you
drop your computer of at our location the
technician will tell you what he believes the
problem to be, and give an approximation of
cost. At this point you (the customer) can
decide whether or not to contract for the
service. If you choose not to contract for the
service there will be no cost commitment.
If the
price is going to exceed expected costs
Covenant will call for permission to exceed
the estimate. If you choose not to allow us to
exceed the estimate you will be responsible
for full payment for work done up to that
point.
