repair service. With QuickFix we can remotely
fix many software issues on your computer
without a visit to your home or business.

How it
works.
First, call us at
978-372-7113 and tell us what problems you are
experiencing. We will advise you as to whether
the problem can be fixed remotely or
if a visit is necessary. If it is decided that
a remote session is appropriate, navigate to
this page where you can click on the "Order the QuickFix remote service"
link in the right hand column. This will take
you to the "Terms and Conditions"
page. Please make sure that you read and
understand the "Terms and
Conditions" before making a purchase. To
purchase the service for $39 click the
"Buy Now" button.
You must have a major credit
card or a Paypal account to purchase the
QuickFix service.

To pay using Paypal
log into your account and make a payment
of $39 to Covenant Computers, etc.

To pay using a credit
card select the link underneath
"Don't have a Paypal account. Fill
out and submit the payment form.
Once the
transaction is approved you will automatically
be sent to the QuickFix portal. The technician
will give you a 6 digit pin code. Enter your
pin code and click “Connect To
Technician.” If you are prompted to allow or
block a download choose
"allow." If you are prompted to open
or save a download choose "open." When prompted, allow the
technician to take control of your computer.
Requirements

Your computer must be running
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, or
Windows 98 Second Edition. (Vista not
supported at this time)

The repair must be a software
repair. Hardware cannot be repaired remotely.

Your computer must be able to
boot into Windows.

A working broadband Internet
connection (DSL, Cable, or FIOS) is required
and a browser (Interner Explorer, Firefox,
etc) capable of displaying web pages.

A valid major credit
card or Paypal account is required.
