Cleaning Adware, Spyware and Viruses will normally take
between 1 and 3 hours depending on the
severity of the infection and the tenacity of
the installed pests. Cleaning these pests can
be a very intrusive process, especially on
deeply infected machines. Though rare, there
is a possibility of losing data, Internet
connection, or operating system. Covenant
strongly recommends as a precaution that you
back up all important data and that you have
disks and product keys necessary to, in case
of an emergency, restore your operating system
before your appointment date arrives
If a
cleaning begins to approach the high end of an
estimate the customer has a right to request a
work stoppage. If a work stoppage is requested
the customer will be charged for time worked
and Covenant will not be responsible for the
state of the customer’s computer.
