Covenant IT Services (Formerly Covenant Computers, etc) has been a provider of quality computer services to home and business customers in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for 16 years.
Covenant IT Services began as a part time venture in 1995. At that time, it was standard practice that problem computer systems had to be taken out of the home or business and repaired at the computer shop. Covenant IT Services was one of the first "onsite" computer services in this area. At this point of time, the business serviced residential customers only.
In 2003 Covenant IT Services became a full time, full service IT company. At that point, the company began to seek out small business in addition to servicing their residential customers. Over the years, Covenant IT Services has become one of the most trusted vendors of their kind in the area. In 2008 Covenant IT Services moved it's base of operations 8 miles north to Newton, NH. Keeping it's Massachusetts client base, the company also began to focus on building a southern New Hampshire client base in Newton, Kingston, and other surrounding towns. In 2010 Covenant IT Services celebrated it's 500th client addition to it's customer base. In 2011 that number has grown to over 600 customers and continues to grow daily.
Covenant IT Services is a member of the Newburyport Chamber Of Commerce and the Georgetown, MA chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).
Our Values
Covenant IT Services was founded on the core belief that anyone should be able to afford quality computer services. Because of this core belief, we strive to keep our labor rate at an affordable level. In addition, we bill in 15 minute increments. This allows us to bill our customers partial hours instead of charging, for example, a whole hour for running ten minutes over the previous hour. Covenant IT Services also offers incentives for new customers and for customers who send us referrals. We are convinced that there is nobody in the industry more committed to saving you money than we are.
We also believe in developing long term relationships with our clients rather than emphasis on the current job and current payday. We work hard to make sure that every client is satisfied with our service. Over the years we have come to believe that the technician/client relationship works most efficiently under this model. This philosophy has paid off in a customer base of over 600 homes and businesses that call us FIRST when they have computer issues.
